1:1 sessions are found here when available, along with online workshops and in person ceremonies. We offer in person events and ceremonies at Sitka Healing House located in North Saanich, British Columbia, Canada.

Join us for a special ceremony combining Hapé, a sacred Amazonian medicine, along with Light Language transmissions, and live sound healing with gongs, crystal bowls, Handpans, and more. 

Hapé is a sacred shamanic snuff that has been used for spiritual practices, healing, meditation, and grounding for thousands of years. It is made from a special ceremonial tobacco which grows in the Amazon rainforest, along with other medicinal plants of the land. The flowers, leaves, bark, roots, or seeds are consciously grown, harvested, and combined with the ceremonial tobacco to create unique blends. 

Hapé helps to clear the mind, realign energy channels, release emotions, and is very grounding. It is a meditative experience that brings forward our heart, our mind into presence, and connects us with our body and this planetary consciousness. 

A lot of time, effort, and consciousness goes into the preparation of this sacred medicine. We are truly honored to share hapé, and are deeply grateful to the master plants and people who have made our connection with it possible.

Ceremonial cacao is a heart-opening plant medicine honored in many Indigenous traditions. Paired with Light Language transmissions, sound healing, and intuitive movement, this gathering invites deep presence, heart connection, and soulful awakening.

Ceremonial cacao is crafted from ethically grown cacao beans that are traditionally prepared to preserve their energetic qualities. Long used in ritual and community settings, cacao supports meditation, inner clarity, and heart-centered awareness. Its natural compounds help ease the mind, awaken creativity, and foster a sense of openness and grounding.

A cacao ceremony is a gentle yet powerful experience that brings the mind, body, and heart into alignment, encouraging introspection, connection, and conscious embodiment.
