Sessions with Laara are approximately 60 minutes, and can include a combination of modalities based on your needs and time available. All sessions are conducted with Zoom.

Receive your very own black and white Light Code of the topic of your choice. Laara will work with you to decide what Light Code is most appropriate for you at this time. Laara will channel the Light Code during your time together, and send it to you via email as a png image at the end of your session. 

Light Language Transmission for Healing and Activation

Receive a live Light Language transmission in Universal Light Language or the dialect of your choice! Transmissions can be focused on healing specific issues, or for activating levels of consciousness and awakening including connections with your higher aspects.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long are sessions?

Sessions are typically 60 minutes, however sometimes Laara will go overtime at no additional charge. Please allow for additional time after your session incase sessions exceed the allotted time, and for your integration.

Are the sessions online?

Yes, all sessions are conducted via Zoom.

Are the Light Codes in color?

No, our Light Codes are done in black and white during a one-on-one session. Frequency pictures (colored Light Codes) are available for an additional fee, and will include the b&w version as well as a negative version and colored Frequency Picture.

Do I need to know what I want to do for a session?

While it is helpful to know what direction you’d like to go in during your session, it isn’t completely necessary. Sometimes talking with Laara about what you’d like to focus on is a necessary step on your journey and can be healing in and of itself.

Can I record the session?

Yes, you may record your session. Laara doesn’t record the sessions on her end, but you are always welcome to record them on your side either through Zoom or with an audio recording device such as voice memos on an iPhone.

What is Inner Child Work?

Sometimes we need to revisit events that happened when we were children in order to heal. This is a gentle, and often sweet process that can bring powerful shifts in our lives.

What is Shadow Work?

Shadow energies are energetic patterns that we picked up along the way that served us at one time, but are now holding us back from our best life. Shadow energies are often misunderstood, blamed, and can involve traumatic experiences. Acknowledging these energies and releasing them helps us move forward in life.

What is Belief Work?

Our thoughts are incredibly powerful, and when they work in our favour, life tends to be good! However, when we have thoughts that are negative, self-limiting, or dysfunctional, our lives will also reflect this. Beliefs are deeply embedded, habitual thought patterns that are false and limiting. Examples of limiting beliefs are:

I’m not worthy

Nobody supports me

I am alone

 

We discover what limiting beliefs we have, and release them by reframing them and the energy they hold. We replace the limiting belief with a positive belief. 

What is Ancestral Healing?

Energy patterns (including beliefs, shadows, trauma) can be passed down generationally. By offering healing to our ancestors, we not only support them, but we often feeling lighter and more free in our daily lives as we are no longer carrying the energetic weight of our ancestors.

What is Akashic Records Clearing?

The Akashic Records are an energetic library of our souls experiences. They contain lessons, thoughts, emotions, karmic patterns/entanglements, across our past, present, future, and alternate lifetimes. Laara offers a “clearing” of the Akashic Records, which is like an energetic sweeping of incoherent, discordant energies and energies that are lacking in love. This can be like a reset for the soul, while still retaining all that the soul’s learned and is connected to.
